The Digital Analytics Lead works independently or in conjunction with other team members in the planning and execution of reporting and analysis across Stellantis’ US Brand Tier 1 and Dealer Digital program comprised of dealership websites, digital advertising, shopping tools, lead generation and lead follow-up. The Digital Analytics Lead manages all aspects of analysis, ensuring that measurement plans align with strategic requirements while delivering key insights and recommendations to create a holistic view of performance and optimization opportunities. The Digital Analytics Lead helps the team move from the « what » of reporting to the « why » of performance through the combination of deeper analysis, A/B testing and the utilization of experience optimization tools.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience working in support of dealer digital programs with emphasis on website analytics, lead management, and digital media
- A strong understanding of Adobe Analytics/Target, Google Analytics or a similar website analytics / testing platform
- Strong quantitative experience, especially in test and learn approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Presto or Hive and data mining using statistical analysis software
- Prior website analytics experience
