RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ongoing long range capacity validation of key ITP EV components in coordination with purchasing program management and supplier operations
- Lead the EDM/E-Motor make study for SCM capacity analysis & identify balanced capacity, transition timing, engineering pilot activities and SO validation
- Support of inflation reduction act & USMCA optimization within 25-26CY transition period
- Review and launch validation of: ITP releases, pipeline offset for releases, banking tracking lead for ITP
- Advanced bulletin reviews for key EV commodities & coordination amongst advanced program managers
- Near term SCP recovery simulations and verification across functional areas
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in the automotive, OEM or similar industry
- Cross-functional experience in supply chain management, material logistics management, or similar discipline
- Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing and program management is helpful
- Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams
- Extremely organized, good planner, independent, and detail oriented
- Proven analytical, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask within tight deadlines
- Advance Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google slide skills
- Experience with Stellantis (former FCA) systems (change management, capacity, logistics, international packaging, purchasing, manufacturing and supply chain)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in global multi-cultural environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or an MBA
- Demonstrated customer relationship skills
- Plant operations experience
