Engineering
Manufacturing engineers are involved in every phase of FCA process and manufacturing technology development. We are seeking expertise in everything from electrical and mechanical engineering to all manufacturing disciplines (Stamping, Powertrain, Body-In-White, Paint, Vehicle Assembly, etc.) to programming project management, industrial engineering, product testing, and advanced manufacturing specialties. Linked with technology specialists from across the globe, we strive to deliver engineering excellence in every manufacturing facility.
Skilled Trades
FCA utilizes skilled trade professionals to ensure the production of best-in-class vehicles and components. Positions require Journeyperson status in an apprenticeable trade, or the appropriate licensing in non-apprenticeable classifications. We are proud to offer a U.S. Department of Labor approved apprenticeship program for qualified individuals who want to join us. Areas of opportunity can include:
Boiler Repair, Electrical Technicians, Energy Centre Operations, Jitney Repair, Mechanical Technicians, Tool & Die Technicians
We hire for a variety of roles in our assembly, powertrain and stamping operations, as well as parts distribution centres, general offices and the pilot manufacturing facility housed at the Chrysler World Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
